  1. I’ve been a Sprint customer for about 6 years. Most of the time It has been a decent relationship. But my recent online purchase and return experience has lead me to say SPRINT IS BROKEN.

    Four attempts at returning a phone have yeilded nothing but frustration. Online Sprint even directed me to a Sprint Store for resolution. Guess what? The Sprint store can’t contact the Internet Store on weekends because the Internet store is closed! Multiple entities in the sam company and they won’t even talk or work with each other.

    C R A P!
